Any last suggestions before I get my Boston Terrier Dog?
Next saturday I will go get my new boston terrier pup. I have most of the things prepared. I have gotten her toys, a harness and lead, a hoodie to protect her from the cold and a collar. We dug out the small blue crate yesterday. Any last suggestions?
People: Do not critizise me for getting a hoodie. Boston terriers are very sensitive to the cold, and the breeder reccomended it. Those of you who know boston terriers don't need to hear that, but please, if your not going to say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

Have you researched housebreaking and proper crate training? You should make sure you are fully prepared before the dog walks in the house, start out on the right foot, nothing worse than getting frustrated because the dog won't housebreak only to find you're going about it all wrong, or the dog cries and barks all night long and you don't know why because you've locked it downstairs in another room. Pick up a book on what to expect with a new puppy or how to care for your new puppy. I believe you can never be TOO prepared for a new puppies arrival.
Research housebreaking and crate training to you go about this the right way because it's so easy to screw up a dog.
