Stroller Carrier
what would you do if you were in this situation?
I have a daughter, nearly 3 now.
My husband's sister-in-law has a 1 year old son.
when she was pregnant she asked if she could borrow my Winnie-the-Pooh stroller/carrier/car seat combo set.
I let her BORROW it until her baby was ready to be put into a front facing seat... (1 year old or wiegh more then 30 pounds)
well, he was put into a front facing seat around 5 month old (and less then 22 pounds)
well an month later I found out that she gave it to her 16 year old sister to be used for her child... I was not asked if this was alright. it was just done.
I want it back or I want to money to buy a new one... (the one that I lent to her was about $250... )
do you think this is wrong of me?
or do I have a right to be upset?
(I'm going to have my second child later this year)
what should I do? how should I go about "requesting" for it and/or the money? (requesting... aka... demand)

i would just ask her if "i could have that stroller and car seat back that i let her borrow". then she will know that you did not give it to her and that she needs to make things right, either by getting it back for you or getting you another one or just giving you the money. i think you do have the right to be upset. i have had this happen to me before. needless to say, i learned my lesson really fast. now if someone needs something, i eithegive it to them or let them "borrow" the things that dosent really matter if i get them back or not. its hard when its family b/c then everyone says "well yall are family and you are supposed to help each other out." well imo, that still dosent make it right for someone to give away someone elses suff. i mean, helping out is letting them borrow something. anyway, if that dosent work, then just look at it as now you know who not to loan your stuff to. good luck.
