What can I do to stop pulling my eyelashes out?

Hey, i have been pulling my eyelashes out for a long time. I try my best to stop and I end up doing it again. I'm not even mad or stressed when I pull my eyelashes out, i just tempt to do it. I want to know that I'm not the only one who does this. I'm in the point where almost all my eyelashes are gone and I really need help. Can someone please tell me what i should do?

You have to figure out why you like doing it first of all. Then you have to prevent and punish yourself when you do it. You can prevent it by wearing fake glasses at home so that when ever you reach to pull them out your fingers knock against the glass and you remember to have some self control. The other thing you can do is take away some privledge for everytime you do it. For example, You don't get to eat anything sweet for the rest of the day if you do that. Or you have to do something you hate doing that will someone else happy. You know your self best so you'd know what would 'punish' you to get thsoe results. ultimately this requires lots of self control and patience and you have to want to make this change
