How can I stop/control an obsession over someone?
So I have a very strong obsession with a close friend of mine, I always want to talk to them, I always want to be around them and have their attention. I'll get very upset if they ignore my texts, messages etc, I also get high anxiety when I see them with or i dont like or just see them with anyone else, I constantly think there talking about me and even though im close friends with the person i feel as if they dislike me due to paranoia even though they do value me as a close friend
I cant stop thinking off this person, I hate it soo much, any ideas how to stop this?
