where can i design a dog tag with a flag inside it?

i want to have a stainless dog tag with a flag inside it, but dont know where i can get it done.

County Fairs usualy have a booth with lots of custom tags to choose from.
Wal-mart usually has one of those tag machines in the pets department and they have more variety than the ones at Petsmart.
Try ordering online.
Trophey shops sometimes have animal tags also since they do engraving.
