Soft Harness
Saxophone strap help please?
So I play baritone saxophone and the harness I have broke and is too big for me. It's a Neotech soft harness with a plastic clip. I'm 5' exact and around 85-90lbs. Any help for one that might actually fit me and not give me any more back problems?
PS: My local music stores only have the ones that I named above (Which is too big for me and they only carry one size and regular neck straps.)
NEVER support the instrument with your hands - they are needed for playing the thing! You need a sax harness - for people who do NOT know, it goes over your shoulders like a bookbag, and latches in the front, where the hook is. Weiner has these is SIZES - not what you had, but sized for males and female, and sizes within each gender.

For you to be playing bari is quite a challenge - I can see why you are suffering, but you do not NEED to. Why do all the 25-pound six-foot guys play alto??? - and small girls go for bari???
