Why don't black people compete in NASCAR?
A) NASCAR officials won't allow low riders with spinning rims on the race track.
B) There is no safety seat belt design for driving with your seat reclined all the way on it's back.
C) They are afraid they might get pulled over by the cops and get the Rodney King treatment on the race track.
