how can i spice up this dress?
i have a really old dress from about 3 years ago and i think it's plain
this is the style:

and the color is a lighter version of aqua blue
it comes with a matching transparent shawl and little ribbon-type belt
i really want to make this dress more dazzling without cutting it, are there any websites i can go to to figure out ways to transform it?
I think if you wore a necklace that stands out (not a small barely noticeable one) some killer heels (maybe strappy), and curled your hair it would look better. You could even add a bracelet with the necklace or earrings with the necklace but you dont want to do it all at once.You could even put a jewel brett in your hair. Also like the first answer said, a pretty clutch would make it look great also.
