For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS. Return packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 5 to 7 business days of processing your return. Alternatively, you may receive a store credit immediately for the purchase amount that you can use in any of our family of websites. Please note on the packing slip or email contact form why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.

Damaged Order:

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the merchandise. Notify us immediately by email or at 1-888-639-1116 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
