Would this cage be good for 3 rats?
I have a wooden cage and they chewed the flooring on the bottom so now their urine is soaking into the wood. I need a new one. Would it be suitable? It certainly looks like a good setup in my opinion, but I've only ever had one cage.
Personally, I would not choose that cage.
One because the bar spacing is almost an inch apart and smaller rats can squeeze out of them.
Two, because I prefer my shelves to be boards rather than bars. Rats can get bumblefoot if they are on bars too much - but if you covered it with cloth - problem solved.

Thats the cage I have and I love it. However, I took out the wheel and put a more rat friendly wheel in.
