Level Shock
Shock collar question?
If I use a LCD 100LV Level Shock collar on my Husky, 8months old, and very naughty and hypered , would it damage her in anyother way besides shocking her?
And can anyone tell me how much it would hurt a dog? Like a pinch or what?
try it on yourself first ... and depending on the one you purchased, it can cause physical and psychological problems ... the ones i have found effective are more of a vibration, the shock ones i do not find humane ... and i don't think you think it is humane either, you are even too afraid to try it on yourself ... and i think you lack the dog training skills to use this tool properly ... and 8 months old is a puppy, you DO NOT train a puppy with intense pain ... the husky is naughty and hyper because the average person who buys a husky does not have the knowledge, environment or time to exercise a husky appropriately ... huskies are dogs bought by people attracted to the look and not the reality ... and when reality hits, they are dropped off at shelters ... next to pit bulls, huskies are seen the most at my local shelter ... and that is where this dog is headed if you think using a shock collar to train a puppy merely lacking in proper training and exercise is appropriate ... poor dog ... i just watched one of those training shows and there was a dog with burns to his neck from a shock collar that had been used as a puppy ... and the dog as an adult had serious psychological problems from the use of that device ...
