How do I reset my dog's Innotek UltraSmart electric collar?

The collar is showing a solid green light which indicates it has frozen itself due to over-stimulation (I was testing the boundary). Now I can't find info anywhere on how to reset or unfreeze it.
It's a tone-only collar, Fucktards.

What in gods name are you using a electric collar for? Do you imagine pain and subjugation cures all ills with dogs.

Perhaps you could inform us why you feel it is necessary to use these collars, and what you are trying to cure? Especially as it has frozen because of over stimulation.
