my boyfriends birthday is coming up and i want to get him a hat. but i dont know what size. i kinda brought it up once and he said he is like a medium, but what size is that??
note: he is only 13 and like a normal sized head ;D

Have you ever tried on one of his hats? You can judge by that and see how loose or tight the hat fits... then you can go to the store and kind of estimate it. He can always exchange it if it doesn't fit.
