My dog can pull backwards and get out of a typical harness, are there harnesses dogs CAN NOT escape from?

We put him outside on his harness on a staked in ground leash, he tightens the leash and pulls hard backwards on it until it slips off, I need a harness that he cant do that with.

well first of all, harnesses encourage pulling whether is frontwards or backwards so i would not pick one. if your have to tie your dog out use a martingale collar( aka. no slip collar). but if you choose that type of control then here are some links to help out.
