Fabric Triangle

I want to build a back stage with fabric - triangles and Cones. What is the cheapest way? e.g. Stretch fabric?

I have $300 budget

That is a lot of fabric. Most fabric in the stores are going to be 45" or 56" wide. So you are going to sew pieces together to make it that big.
A woven fabric may hang more taut being pulled like that.
In general stretch fabric runs a little more in price than woven. Know your measurements when you go to the stores, so you can figure out price when you see what the fabric is running per yard.
