bull dog remote start on 98 dodge ram 1500?
it works. it starts, but it only runs for 10 seconds and shuts off. it has a 15 minute run time and i programmed it to 15 minutes. and still shuts off at 10 seconds. what is happening?

every wire is ran right, we got a install diaphram to hook it up to the ignition switch. i keep hereing about this bypass module? is this needed.
when i ermote start, it cranks, runs for ten seconds, shuts off and if you dont press stop on the remote it will crank up again, it will keep repeating this until the stop button is pressed
It sounds like the tach line is not connected properly so the start does not know it's running
