Lost dog with a tag, how do I find the owner?
For several weeks a large dog was lost outside a home
in Nashville. With help and bravery the dog was
approached and the collar tag with the i.d was
written down. The dog has Metro Nashville
dog numbers on the tag. Is there anyway to
contact someone on a Sunday evening to find
out who's the owner from the numbers?
Does the police department have this info on
the books?
I doubt they do - but you can try calling their non emergency number - they maybe able to get you help tonight.
If not, you may have to keep him for a night.
